The management has been helping local government authorities in improving the infrastructure of the city by contributing financially from time to time.

During the religious festivals, the management contributes generously by providing the local authorities with food for distribution of the same to the poorer section of the society.

Apart from this, Indorama Iplik generates employment opportunities for local people. Out of the total strength of about 400 employees around 395 are from local communities.
