Indorama Iplik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S has a state-of-the-art machine park, complemented by an auto-doffing system at the ring-frame and automatic bobbin transport between ring and autoconer and between fly frame and ring frame without manual handling which helps in improving the quality.

The plant, with 31,248 ring spinning spindles and an annual capacity of 10,350 tonnes of spun and blended yarns, was set up to produce high quality 100 per cent polyester, polyester viscose, 100 per cent viscose, 100 per cent cotton and cotton viscose yarns. As value-added products, the plant manufactures core spun and slub yarn on ring frame and covered yarn on TFO. The plant is also equipped to twist ply yarns according to market needs.

Indorama Iplik has a laboratory equipped with the finest instruments available to carefully monitor the quality of the yarn being produced. The quality control team ensures that all the stringent quality parameters are met. There is a separate team for machine audit, which helps to maintain the machine conditions to obtain consistent quality. The team is always looking for ways to improve the quality of the existing products and to develop new products.
