| Born in 1952,
in India, Mr. S. P. Lohia has a Bachelor of Commerce
degree from the University of Delhi in 1971. He
founded P.T. Indorama Synthetics along with his
father, Mr. M.L. Lohia, in 1976. He has 33 years
of experience in the industry and sits on the boards
of various companies of the Indorama Group. |

Aloke Lohia, CEO (IVL) |
| Born
in 1958, a citizen of India, he obtained a Bachelor
of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi
in 1978. He has industrial experience of nearly
30 years and has been the key driving force behind
all of the Indorama Group’s operations in Thailand.
From 1979 to 1987 he was the Finance Director of
P.T. Indo Rama Synthetics, Indonesia, and since
then has been presiding over all the companies that
are currently part of Indorama Ventures. |

Amit Lohia, Managing Director |
| Born in 1974 in
India, Mr. Amit Lohia has a bachelor's degree in
economics and finance from the prestigious Wharton
School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania
in 1995. He has been a senior executive in the Group
since 1996 and has worked in various roles. Since
2004, he supervises the group's Non-IVL operations
and is a member of IVL's board of directors. |
