Adufértil Fertilizantes Ltda., part of Indorama Corporation and a recognized leader in crop nutrition solutions, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Fass Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Agropecuários Ltda (“Fass Agro”).
After fulfilling all precedent conditions and obtaining the required legal and regulatory approvals, including final clearance from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), Fass Agro is now officially part of Adufértil’s business portfolio and of Indorama Corporation in Brazil.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Adufértil’s footprint in the high-performance liquid fertilizers segment.
