Rustavi Azot has signed a USD 65 million loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to support the ongoing growth and modernisation of the Rustavi Azot fertiliser production facility in Georgia.
A significant portion of the facility is structured as a Green Loan, with proceeds allocated to eligible investments aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. This marks another important step in Indorama’s broader strategy to strengthen operational performance while aligning with global sustainability standards.
We are grateful to EBRD for their continued partnership and confidence in our long-term vision. Together, we look forward to advancing responsible industrial development that delivers both economic and environmental value.
