The inbound and outbound logistics for ICS is administered by its subsidiary company, SEFICS. It is in charge of transporting materials and products between the different industrial sites (Taiba, Darou, Mbao, and the Dakar Port Terminal).

Due to the distance between the mine and acid production sites, rail transportation of raw materials in one direction and finished products in the other is vital for the company, which has therefore equipped itself to ensure sufficient self-reliance.

SEFICS uses the Senegalese railway system and its rolling fleet, which includes 8 locomotives and about 300 wagons.
