YTY Group’s diversified glove portfolio spans across a variety of weights (from 2.9 grams at the light end of the spectrum to 10.5 grams for heavy-weight products), lengths (from 240 mm to 300 mm), textures (finger-textured or full-textured), colours, thickness, and finishes.

Over the years, YTY Group has developed an expertise in thin-weight nitrile technology while still consistently meeting the requisite ISO, ASTM and EN standards for permeation, protection and chemical resistance that remain unparalleled till today. This focus on nitrile has allowed YTY Group to grow into one of the largest supplier of disposable nitrile gloves.

Gloves are tested in our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities using ISO, ASTM and EN international standards and sampling requirements. Product quality is monitored at each stage of production for product conformance to international standards and measured through Defects Per Million (DPM) analysis, a Six Sigma methodology. Every production lot is inspected for:

  • Critical defects that include pinholes
  • Major and minor defects that include discoloration, tackiness, thin spots, beading quality, stains, and embedded particles
  • Physical properties that include tensile strength or force at break, modulus, elongation, and ageing properties
  • Dimensions that include cuff length, palm width, and thickness

Providing world-class customer service through sales specialists with dedicated geographic expertise is also of paramount importance. This allows our sales specialists, who have extensive years of experience across various glove polymers, markets, and end-use applications, to develop a deeper understanding of the regulations, sector dynamics, and competitive forces in their specific region; thereby providing value-added inputs and analysis to capture market opportunities and highly personalized service to our customers.

Highly automated and technologically advanced manufacturing facilities, a deep focus on process and product excellence, and a strong and dedicated team with a singular vision to provide world-class customer service have made YTY Group as one of the most respected glove suppliers in the industry.
